Our Fusion movement is Yoga + Nia. It blends Yoga, Martial arts, Dance arts & Healing arts. This body movement will help to light the fire in your belly and raise your vibration. Practiced barefoot to groovy, world beat music and designed for you to prioritize pleasure in your body, mind, spirit & emotion.

Lisa has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, teaching yoga and meditation for the past 13 years. Lisa has been a part of the EatFit Project for three years, travelling to northern Canada and Ontario teaching native and Inuit children yoga and meditation techniques.
Lisa has had the privilege to return to Cape Dorset and Pangnirtung, Nunavut to reconnect with the children there, to help continue their practice. Lisa teaches yoga and meditation at primary and elementary schools on a weekly basis, also specializing in working with adolescents suffering from depression, high anxiety levels, and specific medical conditions.
Lisa is the Manager of a Cancer support centre in Stratford, who also teaches meditation and yoga techniques to those who are living with cancer. Surrounded by energy workers in her life, she became a reiki practitioner. This combination makes her style of teaching "out of this world".

India was born with her feet dancing, so it's no surprise that Nia became part of her life's work. A natural mover, with a love for the power & precision of the martial arts, the grace & freedom of the dance arts and a deep appreciation for the healing arts.
She has been teaching Nia since 2011 and is trained as a White, Green & Blue Belt Nia Technique teacher. Nia blends 9 different movement forms that tap into the Body, Mind, Spirit & Emotional realms. She believes body movement keeps us young & vibrant!
Born and raised in England, in the 60’s & 70’s, by the way of extremely creative parents who bucked even the trends of their time, by living and working life their way. She is now creating her own beautiful life in Ontario, Canada. As a Designer, Dancer & Teacher, Entrepreneur, Motorcyclist, Mother, Sister & Lover of Life.
